Mickey’s Beach Cafe is looking for hardworking, friendly people to join our exciting new project. Opening hours are 9-5, so no lates! Plus, you get to work literally next to the sea on one of Wales’ most beautiful beaches. We have full and part-time positions available and can offer flexible working hours. For those who excel, there will be opportunity to work all year round.
Barista / Front of House
Job types: Full-time and Part-time
Contract length: 8 months
Salary: £11.42 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Duties:
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
